Business My daily activities are coaching, mentoring, consulting, developing and delivering trainings. This is what I have always done and this is what I will always do. I don't plan to retire. I find these actions meaningful and I like working with people. It's my passion. It's my mission. I call them "doing" - as they require my personality to be in the "here and now" in order to help my clients change in a special area of their lives. While doing so I continuously learn about myself as well. I have professional experiences from 20 countries - including the USA, UK, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Japan, Oman or Egypt. I see myself as a global citizen and a life-long learner.

Private Whenever I have time, I read, write, meditate, run, travel and go to the nature. I keep challenging myself physically, mentally and spiritually. I do believe that activities like gazing at the stars, listening to the chirping of birds or walking barefoot in sand can all help you become a better person. I do these regularly. I call them "being" - as I want no results, I don't need to make decisions, I simply exist. I collect lost of inspiration from them I can bring to my professional life. I integrate my experiences and many times I write about them.
